That’s what the Gaines’ ask, AND what we asked ourselves for our new downsized house. We fell in love with the Old Orchard area of Toledo, Ohio and decided — YES! We DO have the guts!🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

We entered into a contract on the house while we were on our 46 day road trip. Today, we saw it for the first time in person. It definitely needs TLC, but we are excited for the challenge! It has tons of character and charm. We still have some hurdles before closing with inspections etc., but we are already having fun looking for design ideas, light fixtures, and paint colors.

We are VERY excited to update the house. Stay tuned for “before” pictures soon! 😁
